Refund and Returns Policy

 

This policy applies to all paid UI/UX design, website construction, 3D modeling, customized software development and other digital service projects cooperated with Dongguan Mengxi Trading Co., Ltd. All digital intangible design & development services follow this unified refund standard.

 

 

After the official design draft, scheme confirmation, development iteration or source file delivery completed by our team, services that have entered formal production and execution will not support unconditional refund. Completed original design works, delivered source codes and finished digital products enjoy permanent copyright authorization, and are not eligible for return.

 

 

If the finished delivered product fails to match the confirmed project demand standard in the contract, or there is major service quality fault that cannot be repaired and optimized, you can put forward an official refund application with valid evidence. We will complete verification within working days, and handle corresponding partial or full refund procedures according to the actual progress and completed workload of the project.

 

 

Before the final confirmation and file delivery, we support multiple rounds of free scheme revision and adjustment according to your demand. If you actively change core project requirements beyond the agreed scope, additional service fees will be charged separately, and the original paid amount will not be refunded.

 

Both parties shall negotiate friendly to solve refund disputes. If negotiation fails, both sides agree to submit disputes to the local court with jurisdiction of the company for adjudication.
