Service Content

 
Dongguan Mengxi Trading Co., Ltd. provides customers with professional digital services including UI/UX user experience design, brand website customization, 3D digital modeling, customized software development and related technical supporting services. The specific service scope, cycle and standard shall be subject to the official signed cooperation contract between both parties.
 

Rights & Obligations of Both Parties

 
The Company shall complete design and development work on schedule according to agreed requirements, deliver qualified finished products and complete supporting technical deployment.
 
Customers shall provide complete project demand materials, cooperate with scheme confirmation and acceptance feedback in a timely manner, and pay service fees in full and on time as agreed.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

 
All original design works, models, codes and finished digital products created by our team belong to the Company with original copyright before full payment settled. After you pay all service fees in full, we transfer the permanent commercial usage copyright of finished works to you.
 
You are not allowed to resell, transfer or resublicense the purchased design & development achievements to third parties without authorization.
 

Service Cycle & Acceptance

 
We will strictly follow the agreed project timeline to deliver phased drafts and final finished products. You shall complete acceptance feedback within the specified time limit. If no objection is put forward within the time limit, the project will be deemed as qualified acceptance automatically.
 

Liability Exemption

 
The Company will not be responsible for service delays and losses caused by customer’s delayed material supply, frequent demand changes, unauthorized modification of codes/files and other non-our-party reasons. We also exempt from liability for abnormal service impacts caused by network failures, force majeure events and third-party platform failures.

 

Term Validity & Dispute Resolution

 
These terms take effect from the date of service cooperation. Any disputes arising from service execution shall be settled through friendly negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China, and submitted to the local people’s court with jurisdiction.
